| Guest comments | An older hotel with the usual problems. The young fellow at the desk was very helpful. They have a special taxi service to the airport for half the price of the others. It is well suited for visiting the central city area. |

| Guest comments | Location Excellent-walked to The Civic & Casino. Nearest parking was through nearby hotel, a fact not made clear by receptionist. For non-Aucklanders, as most people who stay here would be, finding the parking place at 5.30pm a challenge. Room VERY small and basic but for a short period, and just needing a bed, not a problem. Lots of places to eat nearby. We would certainly stay here again. |
