Guest comments	Good location only a short walk to convenience shops and CBD. Public transports close by. I think though if you had a car, spaces are first in best dressed. Though the accommodations are a little dated, they are clean and tidy with reverse cycle AC. Kitchen's well equipped (microwave, gas stovetop & fridge, cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, pots/pans). Bathroom is roomy. Bed was comfy, overall studio apartment roomy. Staff was friendly and helpful. There's a nice walk along the water front. All up not bad at all for the price.

Guest comments	The hotel is well situated. One is able to explore the city and surrounds very easily. The cleaning staff were excellent. Reception was okay. The hotel was perfect for a base to explore the city, and we did not need to spend much time there either.

Guest comments	Great price for such a central location. Staff were friendly and rooms though slightly older were comfortable, air cond (modern) and added bonus of kitchen with cooking facilities.

Guest comments	If we plan to stay in Perth for more than one night we prefer City Waters as it includes a kitchen for self catering and a table a chairs in the main room. It is old- fashioned but in very good condition, well situated with only a large open lawn space between it and the river. It is only minutes from the city via the free bus service a block's walk away. Parking is available. One of our favourites. The only negative is the smell of what may or may not be insecticide in the kitchen cupboard. We always wash the china and glasses before using them. Overall it is well priced and well managed.

Guest comments	We found City Waters to be good value for money. If we were ever to return to Perth we would use it again. One possible observation is that access for disabled is limited and the blocks are 3 storeys high, but for the able bodied the place was fine.
