| Guest comments | Fairly noisy, but to be fair it was the weekend. Cooling was limited to a ceiling mounted fan. This should be changed to a wall fan for two reasons - one it can be cleaned & its way too high to be of use
Facilities are good with all day coffee/tea & water
Bunk beds were very hard to get in and out of & the little ladder is completely unsuitable (got bruises from it). Loved that it was so close to South Yarra & that is where it really shines. Seemed very secure too |

| Guest comments | The room was very simple but good for sleeping. The breakfast consists of a cereals, fruit salad, bred, butter, jam, coffee, tea and milk in buffet form. Free coffee, tee, filtered water and milk is available for the whole day. |

| Guest comments | We really enjoyed the hotel and its friendly staff. We had lots of luggage so they upgraded our room at no charge and when we needed to stay for another 2 nights they made arrangements so we could keep the same room even longer! |

| Guest comments | Staff were helpful and friendly at all times. Excellent location - 1 minute from train and tram stations, 2 minutes from intersection of Toorak Rd and Chapel Street (lots of shops, cafes and restaurants there). Only about 15 minutes by tram to Federation Square. Our room was tiny but pleasant and clean. The shared shower/toilet facilities were not clean at all times - they need to be checked more often. Overall, definitely recommended for a budget stay. |
