| Guest comments | Very good location which is nearer to all public transportations i.e. MTR, bus. My room had been upgraded for free from Standard to Superior. Friendly staff. However the room's size is still to small, compare to the room rate which is very expensive! No coffee, sugar and creamer provided in the room except the Jasmine (Chinese Tea) packet. |

| Guest comments | Good price and location. Was quite a roomey place considering it's Hong Kong! But the bed was the hardest I have ever slept on. It felt harder than the ground.... Tried to add padding using extra blankets but that didn't work. Seriously, it was so bloody hard! |

| Guest comments | In reference to previous comments i have read on this site , the beds are firm but quite comfortable , the location approx 100 meters from Prince Edward station in very convenient , meals are quite good and rooms quiet , and we would stay there again. |

| Guest comments | Good location though room maybe a bit small but this is quite common in HK whereby most of the hotel rooms are small. If u want to travel to China, Metropark is a good place to stay as they are alot of coaches that bring u to China, very convenient.. |

| Guest comments | The hotel location was close to Nathan Road and to the main shopping area. The hotel did not really look appealing from the outside but was not too bad inside. The rooms were quite small and the beds were too hard. To be honest though, we really only were in the hotel to sleep after our long days out, so we probably did sleep well due to being so tired. We would more than likely stay here again if we return to Hong Kong. |

| Guest comments | Upon of my views, I think the pillows are too soft and the beds are slightly hard.
Overall remarks: Can be considerated in my next trip to HKG. |

| Guest comments | Pretty noisy, especially if the next door guest talks loudly or turn on the high volume of the tv. We were disappointed and frustrated that we had to wait for nearly half an hour before we had the baby cot delivered to the room. The kettle in the room has rusty base, it should have been replaced in the first place and not wait for us to request for a change of the kettle. Mattress is really hard and feels like you are sleeping on a hard wood. |
