| Guest comments | The rooms aren't big but they were adequate. The hotel was near the Edward Park MTR entrance so that was helpful. It's just a hop or two away from the main shopping areas. This wasn't really a problem but next time, I think I would prefer to be closer to the shopping areas. Overall, the hotel was good. |

| Guest comments | For the price of around 670HKD/night that I paid, I am very happy with the room. The room condition is good (no stain on the carpet and wall), and cleaner than I had expected. I stayed at the non-smoking floor at level 11. The MTR entrance is just right across the road at the back of the hotel. The airport bus stops just outside the hotel. However, for returning to the airport, the bus do not pass by the hotel, and we have to take the MTR to another place to transfer. |

| Guest comments | I chose this hotel for the convenient location to the MTR and the Pioneer Centre where I was attending a wedding banquet. The staff were friendly and the room was clean but small considering it was the superior. The bed was very hard, as pointed out by many previous reviewers, but I found it comfortable and it was luxurious compared to the 1/2 inch coir mattress that I was to experience later in the trip! |

| Guest comments | Excellent with free internet broadband! Pity the location, but at least they have shuttle buses, but their stop at East TST is now quite inconvenient to get to the main drag.

| Guest comments | We found the front desk people not so friendly. Even the managers were not very friendly. I would term them as just cool professional getting a job done. Maybe too busy and tired to smile. Appreciation to the housekeeping people who were friendly and kept the rooms real clean. We were staying on the 10th floor. The location of the hotel is good - right in the centre of Mongkok. |
