| Guest comments | For a business traveler certainly not the hotel to stay - a typical tourist hotel which had seen better days. Wireless internet only works properly out of certain rooms. Would not stay there again. |

| Guest comments | Location. 10 mins from everywhere and near nowhere. Spend an extra 20-30$ a night and save the cab fares. Had to kove room initially, aircon leaked and view of a room!! Cleanish, bathroom tile grout black. Bedroom tired. Wireless internet did not work in room, staff tried to fix but failed. Michael the porter excellent and a mine of information. Avoid unless you get a deal. |

Room somewhat drab.
Noisy airconditioning on 2 occasions.
Very loud disco next to restaurant.
Restaurant buffet very good in quality, quantity and price.

| Guest comments | The hotel kindly offered us a room ofr one hour to have a shower before an evening flight. we had checked out at 9am prior to a city tour. The best part was that it was no charge. We will return. Thank you Copthorne Orchid! |

| Guest comments | Quiet place to relax and the ambience is good. Easy access to the town. Took less than 20 mins to visit the Night Safai by cab. On the whole it was a pleasant stay. |
