| Guest comments | Have now used this hotel many times and it gets better although it could do with a paint job outside. central for the twin towers and all so easy. It now is the terminus for the luxury bus (Aeroline) £11 pp to Singapore. 5 hours of first class comfort beats the plane and all the hassle and its dep lounge is in the hotel! Staff as usual friendly and helpful. |

| Guest comments | Value for money, 5 mins walk to KLCC. The plus point for Singaporean is Aeroline coach stops right infront of the hotel. The breakfast spread is also good, I stayed 3 days and breakfast not exactly the same each day. |

| Guest comments | I stay in a lot of hotels and was very impressed with all aspects of the hotel.
Reasonably priced internet access would be an advantage, and at breakfast one morning the omelette was not flat and was sloppy, but these were minor issues far outweighed by the general excellence and value for money. I look forward to staying there again one day. |

| Guest comments | We reserved a standard room but was told upon check-in that there really is no standard room. The front desk clerk upgraded us to a cabana room to our delight. The room was spacious and clean and hotel staff generally pleasant and helpful. Breakfast buffet selection though could be improved. The main advantage of this hotel is its location, being walking distance from the Petronas Tower and KLCC. It was also convenient for us who took coach to and from Singapore and KL since the hotel is the KL stop for Aeroline bus service. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Good value for money. |
