| Guest comments | I definitely suggest you to book "Studio" instead of "Twin Room". I guarantee your comfort for the additional $30. I first booked for Twin Room and I was very disappointed with the room. Twin room did not have most of the facility mentioned on the website. Then I've upgraded to "Studio". The staff was very nice and helpful; especially the manager was very sincere in resolving the issues. This hotel is located 5 min from the beach and nice restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel for busy travellers. |

| Guest comments | Located just a minute walk from Luna Park and Achland Street where a lot of restaurants are located. There is a direct Tram 16 that takes you to the city. It takes about 30 minutes to get there.
Good value for money if you are looking for a place outside the city centre. |

| Guest comments | The hotel has a very modern fit-out and is very clean and comfortable. For the price we paid it was excellent value. The location is very convenient being in the heart of St Kilda two minutes walk to trams and the cafe strip. One caveat is that there is a bit of noise on weekends from a club across the street, so light sleepers may be affected. |

| Guest comments | Hotel is in an ideal location just minutes from all amenities. The staff are friendly and obliging and the atmosphere is very low key. Except for the noisy bathroom fan and the fact that there is no Fox sports channell I have little to complain about. Perhaps a few toiletries in the bathroom would create a sense of pampering for guests. |
