| Guest comments | Great for budget travellers. Nice clean rooms and big beds. They gave us an upgrade, so bonus points for service! Location is very good for visiting and catching connecting transports for bus, train, high speed rail, metro and of course taxis. Staff speaks English and are very nice. |

| Guest comments | The location of the hotel is very convenience (just beside Taipei main railway station), easy access with MRT. Most of the staff is quite friendly, however room service doesn't offer a good attitude. |

| Guest comments | Very good location, just a minute from the main train station and underground (exit no. 3) you could find out many kind of foods in the department store (opposite the hotel). you could take the airport bus (90 NT$) from the CKS airport to cosmos hotel, the airport bus station in the corner of the main train station. Very conveniece to go the outside taipei. |
