The cafe on the ground floor is a bit ordinary, the McDonald's in the same complex in my opinion was a better choice for breakfast, at least the food was freshly cooked not stewing in the ban-marie all morning: |

| Guest comments | The hotel was clean, well-maintained, well airconditioned, convenient and staff were friendly and helpful. Only negatives were that lifts were slow to arrive at designated floors when called, and we found that there were no stairwells to use as an alternative. A fellow guest tried using the fire escape stairwell but found himself locked in there til someone opened the door from another floor. Pool is nice. Only problem is carparking- limited valet parking $15 night, but otherwise only street parking- free at weekends but you must park early as restaurant/bar patrons in the area fill parks up fast- weekdays ticket parking business hours. Hotel expensive for what it was, but that's just representative of Darwin prices overall. |
