| Guest comments | We enjoyed our stay. The facilities were well-priced and more than adequate to our needs. The absence of restaurant facilities suited us. We were happy to have basic kitchen facilities in the unit as we prefer to get our own breakfast. The major problem for us was that the WiFi didn't work with our Macintosh laptops and no one at the hotel was able to solve the problem. (The very happy and very helpful woman on the desk tried hard but couldn't get their technician to attend.) We were able to connect without problems through WiFi at an internet cafe. |

| Guest comments | While reasonable for the cost we were disappointed that basic things like tissues and face washers were not available. Also we are capable of tidying our room but service advertised was not provided during our two night stay.
Bathhroom set up is rather inconvenient. |

| Guest comments | Very happy with the free courtesy bus from Airport and quite happy to pay small fee for trip back to Airport. Staff at Desert Palms Resort very pleasant and informative with information. Holiday chalets and surrounding facilities re pool and laundry excellent. Just a 20 minute walk from CBD - very easy to access. Price for Resort very affordable and we met some great people staying there. |
