| Guest comments | We stayed here for 4 nights and it is well located in the heart of everything. The Hotel was very good in all aspects with outstanding customer service from all. Would certainly stay there again next time. |

| Guest comments | The location of the hotel is very good. The rooms are also neat and clean and the staff is friendly. The only negatives of the place are the elevators (which are slow) and the breakfast. The service at the breakfast is slow. This is possibly because of the large number of guests and few staff due to which the staff always seem harried and are a little slow to respond. Overall a good hotel to stay at. |

| Guest comments | We had a lovely stay at the Centara in Chiang Mai. The rooms are slightly old fashioned in decor, but perfectly clean. The breakfast buffet was great and the swimming pool was lovely - great views over Chiang Mai. I would recommend this if you want somewhere central with easy access to the Night Market. |
