| Guest comments | Nice hotel but nothing special. Good location, however badly let down by it's reception and some of the restaurant staff. They were niether friendly nor welcoming. My husband and I felt we were an intrusion, not guests to be valued.
With such a wonderful location much more could be achieved in both presentation and staff training and supervision. |

| Guest comments | Good location unfortunately parking is valet only and a bit expensive. Ordered dinner in room one night only really didnt enjoy it. Probably wouldnt stay again there are better places to stay in Perth in the same price bracket. |

| Guest comments | The duxton is a very outdated hotel, the rooms are small and very dull. Old floral bed spreads and very dull paint. The delux room was extremely small. I Was very dissapointed with the fact that we had to stand and wait 25 minutes for our valet parking in the morning when trying to leave (which we had to pay around $30 for) |

| Guest comments | It was the best hotel i'd ever been too. It was pleasent and the service was great. The staff are so friendly and the cleanliness is unbeleiveable! I couldn't believe a hotel so advanced and high class but cheap was in perth! RECOMMENDED! |

| Guest comments | One of the best places to stay in Perth if you intend on being in the city. Well situated to all that the city has to offer and to also close to the major roads that lead either north or south. So all in all a great place to stay. Nice and clean with friendly staff, have stayed there before and will stay there again... |
