| Guest comments | This is a great hotel - wonderful service and atmosphere, very friendly. Joining the Executive Club is excellent value and views from the 32nd floor are stunning. The spa treatment area is also good - a relaxing and luxurious massage is well worth the extra. Good pool area too. |

| Guest comments | The level of service was exceptional, as was the facilities. Disappointingly, the request for a nonsmoking room was unable to be accommodated, and their solution was to upgrade the guest into a smoking larger suite. |

| Guest comments | The location was excellent as it is on the harbour and across from Circular Quay station therefore access to everywhere is only a short journey away on train or ferry. The view from the Harbour View room truly was magnificient with a wide window that showed off the beautiful sights of both the Sydney Bridge and the Opera House. The room was clean and the service excellent. A truly enjoyable stay which I hope to repeat someday soon. |

| Guest comments | The Four Seasons Hotel in Sydney is in a fantastic location however it is a hotel designed around business travellers only. We felt as holiday makers, there was a distinct lack of interest from the staff and whilst they were all professional and polite enough we found that "men in suits" were afforded more courtesy and time than ourselves in "shorts, t-shirts and sunnies".
The size of the room (we booked a deluxe harbour view) was poor and the facilities were average for a hotel of this size. Trying to book an appointment at the spa proved to be impossible and I gave up after several attempts.
I doubt very much that we will stay here again. |
