| Guest comments | Not particularly good value for money. But it is handy to the airport, and they do provide a good shuttle service. It was a cold winter night and the heating (and bedding) was insufficient. The decor is rather ancient. |

| Guest comments | The hotel is near the airport which is good after travelling on a long flight from overseas. Although the hotel is looking tired & in need of a good spruce up. The beds were comfortable, tea & coffee facilitates good as was the supply of bathroom accessories.
Hairdryer & the television sound system didn't work.

| Guest comments | Pool was nice and clean, looks like the owners are slowly tring to upgrade the hotel. Very reliable free shutlle service to airport which was good and free car parking of up to two weeks! |

| Guest comments | We had booked for 3 adults, expecting 2 b'rooms. There was one. And it was cramped.Booked for 3, there was 2 towels. No soap or shampoos were given. Man at reception was not very welcoming when we arrived, but better in the morning. No 3 point plug in bathroom for guests own hair dryer - never mind having hotels own supply. We were glad we were there for only 6hrs. |

| Guest comments | We stayed here for one night in the winter and the hotel does not have heating. Small space heaters are provided. But the room is very cold in the winter. I would not stay here again if I would have to stay overnight in Auckland. |
