| Guest comments | Hotel was very well appointed. We were very warmly welcomed. My only negative would be that upon check in our key card did not work and we had to go back to reception to get a new one. The next day the card did not work again. This appeared to be a general thing as there were guests at reception to get new keys when we were there. If staying a long time this would have been a very big problem for us, if it continued.
I was most impressed with the standard and cleanliness of not only the room but the public areas in general. |

| Guest comments | Reception staff were rude, and the carpark left a lot to be desired. The hotel has been through a refit and all the old furnishings were taking up valuable parking spaces and gave quite a downmarket appearance.

| Guest comments | One of the best I have stayed in. The beds very comfortable and the pillows aswell. Unusual to get a good nights sleep at a hotel, but here slept like a baby. |

| Guest comments | Very nice hotel, but in our opinion rooms and balcony are small. Good view and close to beach and centre. We loved Japanese restaurant, great food. |
