| Guest comments | I booked last minute and paid top dollar, but the city was full and it was close to where I needed to be. Got the 5-bed dorm room, and while the failities and decor were a bit dated (and no iron), it was actually pretty comfortable. |

| Guest comments | This as a basic hotel but it had what we wanted,Cheep and handy to the city which meant we could leave the car and walk around the city so it made things easy . Meals were in our oppinion a little exspensive for the type of hotel otherwise no growls. |

| Guest comments | One of the best that we stayed in whilst touring Australia. Our room was light, airy and well equipped and the staff were all courteous, efficient and helpful. A relative who linked up with us whilst in Perth and who asked to see our room stated that she could fully understand why a friend of hers always stayed there. |

| Guest comments | The Goodearth Hotel is very well priced for Perth. However next trip I will pay more and stay elsewhere. The room was noisy and the kitchennette floor dirty. Bathrooms are not cleaned daily. The milk bought in the shop was passed its use by date. Staff however are very helpful. Rooms defintely need updating. |

| Guest comments | Good enough for 3 stars, though not exactly flash. Whole hotel non-smoking which is great, and having a kitchenette is very helpful. Nearby noisy construction and noise between rooms somewhat disturbing. |
