| Guest comments | Charges for everything from internet to parking (no complimentary parking for guests). Morning breakfast was poor. Staff was alright and friendly. However, room provided was next to lift with continuous noise throughout the night affecting sleep. Will not stay there again. |

| Guest comments | Kinda disappointed about this hotel since it was supposed to be like a 4 star hotel(?). The toilet was leaking a bit.rusty condenced water from a rusty pipe. Bedcover wasn't clean (had a stain on it).Shortly said the finish was a bit shabby to be a 4 star hotel. Internet was not included at the hotel room, that service costed 40 $SG extra pr. day. Breakfast a bit disappointing, not specially good selection, and way too much people. Quality of food was merely average. Good location though. There was also a bit noise from ventilation system 24/7. We were sleeping at room 401. |

MY SON AND HIS WIFE STAYED FOR TWO NIGHTS ON THEIR HONEYMOON THE STAFF WAS CURTEOUS AND EVEN UPGRADED THEM TO SMALL SUITE IN THE HOTEL,BREAKFAST WAS GOOD-BM MUNJAL-AMRITSAR-INDIA |
