| Guest comments | I had read some reviews that were not positive but I found the hotel excellent, there was nothing that you could be unhappy with. We were needing to go to the Aquatic Centre and it was only 5 minutes away but it was also close to everything. I would certainly stay here again. |

| Guest comments | This hotel is very well located both close to the water and two minutes walk to the city, large rooms and in particular large bathroom with lots of bench space for toiletries, very helpful staff, beautifully appointed lobby, good choice of movies to hire in the room. All in all a good experience, would definitely stay there again. |

| Guest comments | I read some negative reviews on this hotel after i had booked and was worried about my stay. Need not have been concerned as the staff were helpful and the location was great. Breakfast was also of a high quality.
The only negative was street noise sometimes intruding. |

| Guest comments | Having read a few bad reviews on Grand Chancellor Hobart, my daughter and I were not sure what to expect, but it was all good.
Staff were friendly and attentive, food was good and the location excellent. The only negative was the noise factor. We stayed on one of the top floors and could hear the traffic in the streets below. Perhaps the windows should be double glazed. Apart from that - it was a wonderful experience and we would stay there again. |
