Very helpful and friendly staff made this a great holiday. If you enjoy shopping the location couldn't be better. Pantip Plaza (computers) and Pratunam Plaza (fashion clothing) are right next door for bargain shopping, and Central Plaza is only a five minute walk away for designer labels galore and a huge selection of excellent restaurants. Despite the centra, busy location, the rooms were very quiet and comfortable, and are great value.

The location is good, next to several malls, easy access to other places, and less traffic. We stayed at junior suite and frankly saying it was not very nice, good, but not as good as we expected.
Breakfast, provided free of charge, was excellent. Lots of choices. We really enjoyed out meals there.
