| Guest comments | The only inconvenience was there was no direct bus to the Ruins of St Paul other than that, the stay at the Metropark was pleasant and highly recommended. I recommend you printing out the Chinese version of the address and the hotel name as some taxi drivers had no idea what it was in English. |

We had difficulty in talking to the staff as they can't understand and speak English,No Shuttle bus was seen at the pier whenever we arrived there. |

| Guest comments | Overall the hotel was value for money and the breakfast, though not a very big spread, was good enough. My only grouse was that the hotel lack of English speaking staff. Eg the technician and housekeeping could only speak cantonese and my husband had a hard time trying to figure out what they were saying. Another more serious example, my daughter tried calling from Singapore to the hotel and they were not able to locate my reservation. Not giving up, she called again and had to spell everything (alphabet by alphabet) to the reception so that the short message gets to me - cannot imagine the telephone bill she has incurred. |
