| Guest comments | Good Value. A 4 star hotel for the price of 3 in Hong Kong. Room was spacious and had arm chairs for relaxing. Furnishings still looked new and the bed felt nice and fresh. Beautiful, white quilt. Bathroom was pristine. Fridge and in-room safe are very convenient. Buffet breakfast was a treat. Lots of different foods to savour, all presented in royal style. A decent place to enjoy our honeymoon. Location is good. Midway between the ferry terminal and city centre. Both are about 10-15mins away. Highly recommended. |

| Guest comments | Several days before my arrival, I asked for transport pick-up at the airport. I did not hear from the hotel until on the day of my arrival. During check-in, the hotel requested for 500 Macau dollars in cash as a deposit. I was amazed that this was required as they had my credit card no. As I did not have the cash at hand, my room's cafe bar cabinet was locked. This was compromised otherwise I could not check-in. I reckoned the mini fridge is inside the cabinet so I could not get to chill my own drinks. Felt that this requirement should have been indicated during the booking confirmation process. When I asked the reception for transport directions to some of the attractions, I received a rather curt reply. When I wanted to consume the free 15-mins internet access at the lobby, there wasn't a systematic process on the available timeslots to use. The reply I got from the concierge was I have to wait. Hence, I rated the service average. |

| Guest comments | Stayed for one night and booked a triple room. Room was spacious enough and deco looked a tad old but was clean and well kept. Wasn't expecting too much with this price. Had breakfast as well, not too bad. Given the price, I would say this place is value-for-money. It is quite near to WYNN and MGM casinos.. Of coz other smaller casinos are around the corner. |
