| Guest comments | The greatest advantage is that it provides transfers from the airport to the hotel and also from the hotel to the airport. It also provides free breakfast which really helps if the guests have to catch an early flight. |

| Guest comments | The hotel was very helpful organising the shuttle bus late at nite.
A tip to other travellers: I approached a hotel booking service centre near the international exit at the Airport, some 50 m from the McDonalds outlet, and for 2 RMB they phoned the hotel and got the hotel's shuttle sent to pick me up at 10:30 pm. |

| Guest comments | I had read on another website travellers' comments which were very discouraging. In fact, I found the hotel to be fine, given that it is an airport hotel. I was met at the airport by a rep holding a placard with my name, at 11pm, for the hotel shuttle, then check-in was easy and quick. The room was clean and modern, with good lighting and a nice bathroom, including excellent shower. Great price, given I stayed during Trade fair week, when all hotels rates are hiked. Hotel shuttle reurned me to the airport to catch express bus to town. |
