| Guest comments | A very convenient location. However, staff were not particularly friendly and the swimming pool is available for the public to use making it very crowded and noisy. House guests are required to pay to use the pool. |

| Guest comments | Cleanliness could be improved in the rooms .
Staff could be more polite . The waiter refused to help me with my luggage, as I had to cross the street (shuttle bus just in front of the hotel). He was not busy at this time , it was early in the morning (5.30AM) and he just did not want to help me. |
