| Guest comments | Close to Brisbane shopping and restauranuts. Excellent taxi pick up (waited no more than 2 minutes at any time). Taxi fares cheap to close by restaurants and generally about $ 10 to $ 12.
Doesn't state on website that all rooms are non-smoking. But has balconies for most rooms which allow a private are for that for smokers.
Good value classy hotel and rooms reasonable size. |

| Guest comments | Good location- $7 taxi to Main shoping mall. Very clean, spacious room ( I had 2 queen beds), bathroom a bit tight but adequate. Good resturant (dinner only but throughly enjoyable). Would unreservedly recommend this hotel. |

| Guest comments | Compared to the Grand Chancellor in Melbourne, this hotel was all we could wish for during our short stay. After flying through the night the 7am check in was most appreciated. |

| Guest comments | When we checked in the staff person was very friendly but from then on found the staff service to be lacking and not at all helpful. We were very disappointed having stayed for three days and would expect far better service from this type of hotel.
The rooms are extremely small and we had 2 double beds but were assured that we would have a queen bed. Room service and mini bar overpriced compared to other hotels in the area. Parking rates for visitors are very high. $9 for 45 minutes for one of our friends to park. We would not stay at this hotel again. |
