| Guest comments | The heater does not seemed to be working well. But we have a room with a very nice view. The location is also very good. Just that we had to wait quite some time at the reception counter during checking in as well as checking out. |

| Guest comments | I would not stay at this hotel again. There is no service in room service. Food has to be collected from the restaurant or reception in a brown paper bag. The cleaning staff do not knock on the door before entering your room. Restaurant staff would not ask parents to control unruly children. I could not recommend this hotel to anyone. |
