| Guest comments | This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. First time, I made the comment that the beds were slightly short.This time we stayed on 13 floor family unit. Hotel needs a lot of maintainance. Styroform instead of ceiling tiles is not good. Also the filre/smoke sensor was broken in our room!
Once done up it will be a good hotel in a good location. |

| Guest comments | We were a little worried with some of the earlier ratings that we had read on other sites but I would stay there again, the staff were very pleasant and helpful, the rooms were a good size, the rooms that we were in needed to be redecorated showing age, but were clean and well maintained. |

| Guest comments | We enjoyed our stay in Hotel Royal Singapore. It's located quite close to Orchard Road and very accessible by taxis. Taxis are very reasonable in Singapore. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the front office staff were helpful. There are only 2 computers in the business center for Internet access and one was down. |

| Guest comments | Lovely big room - an old fashioned type hotel, but modernised. Breakfast not included, but the bus stop right outside the hotel will take you to Orchard Road, where you can find lots of cheap eateries (and continue from there to explore the city). Newton Circus Hawker Centre (open late afternoon till late) only a 5 minute walk. Close to a major shopping complex. Staff were great. Highly recommended. Will stay there again. |

| Guest comments | Overall a good hotel - 3* rating. The breakfast was good, the distance was considerably further than I thought from main areas of interest, however, transport is easliy accessible.
I think for a few more $$'s, I would have gone upgrade to 4* |

| Guest comments | We were very pleased with our 2 nite stop over here in singapore. Employee's were friendly and happy all the time. The hotel had 2 large shopping centres within 5min walk and Orchard Rd was half hour walk or very cheap taxi to get there. Would stay here again and recommend to people. Rooms were big and comfy beds. Overall very happy with the Hotel. Thanks |
