Guest comments	The service at the hotel was excellent, especially considering that we arrived at 1 am from Hong Kong. The hotel has seen better days, and does need renovation. We stayed there some years ago, and nothing, including carpets, bathroom etc has been updated since the early 80's. The bed was comfortable, however and the staff friendly.

Guest comments	First room was filthy, second room much better although I did have to place the bath mat over the drain hole under the sink to stop water spraying out when I had a shower. Rooms are old & dated needs a refurb. Central location & the bed was comfortable.

Guest comments	I will not return to the Kings Hotel until it is renovated. The tiles and bath in the bathroom were chipped. The furniture was OLD and the traffic sounds were too loud. The hallways and room had a musty smell of disinfection. The staff were great.
