Guest comments	The shared room we had was very noisy as there was some kind of air conditioning unit by the window, this kept us awake but apart from that all was OK.

Guest comments	I know I paid economy rates but I was surprised how basic the facilities were, I have had better at youth hostels. However the staff were friendly if a little negative when asked for help. Everywhere above eye level was covered in dust and in some places cobwebs. The hot water was barely hot and there were no facilties to make a cuppa, no irons, no tissues. The best thing about the place was the location - central to everything.

Guest comments	A well located clean cheap hotel. The room was basic with no frills. Ideal location for train travel with Southern Cross Station a block away.

Guest comments	As expected for the price, the basic rooms are just that, basic. Hotel is clean, bathrooms need renovation. If you're on a budget, this is one step above a backpacker's.

Guest comments	Lobby is nice, but rooms are primitive, at best. It's not horrible, but it's not what was expected. A fresh coat of paint should be on the agenda, but a more thorough makeover is warranted.

Guest comments	First of all, very very basic. The toilets are not only outside but also u have to walk there in the meandering corridors of the floor. I had to go to the nearer women's toilet ( though I am a man). The so called restaurant is always closed whenever I need it. I had to go to the next door backpackers' place to get a glass of hot water.

Guest comments	the main problem is the key card . Everyday we need to scan /renew even though we told the front desk we will stay several days.

Guest comments	The budget rooms are just that - basic, clean and quiet. Mens shower was cold water only so be prepared. Otherwise Staff are friendly and helpful.
