| Guest comments | The budget rooms are just that - basic, clean and quiet. Mens shower was cold water only so be prepared. Otherwise Staff are friendly and helpful. |

| Guest comments | The room was big and clean. The men's bathroom was a long way away. The design of the hotel was bad as you need to walk in a zig-zag way to get to rooms and toilets. Other than that the room was pretty quiet and no disturbance during nights as I got a room on the rear side. Will recommend. |

| Guest comments | Our room was great, with a view out onto King St.(we were kindly changed to this room at no extra cost after enquiring. This room was so much bigger than the original and had a king bed and a single, great for 2 single travellers. |

| Guest comments | found room to be very small and very old and extreamely noisy from the central stack of air conditioners (all central rooms have their airconditioners facing into a central space or air shaft and the noise is terrible)- hotel in general needed someone to dust and clean,tried to eat at the restaurant but was told they had forgotten to order food to stock the fridge etc , was offered a choice of 1 item (nachos i think) we left to go to a real restaurant.- found staff at the main desk courtious and helpful.

| Guest comments | our room didnt have a tv or toilet or cooling facilities but was close to the things we needed. we thought the price was ok until we found out that one of our friends was living in a nicer apartment around the corner for $10 extra. |
