| Guest comments | The guest rooms are a little on the small end of the scale, compared to rooms in the USA. However, the location and facilities of the Kowloon Hotel more than overcome this small aspect. The entire staff at this hotel is totally first class in customer service. I have stayed here on several occasions and have never experienced anything but superior service. The breakfast buffet is superb. |

| Guest comments | The hotel is situated in an ideal location however currently there are roadworks outside and around the hotel therefore the entrance was a bit chaotic. The check-in process was good and they were able to provide what I wanted. The luggage area was chaotic (again) as check-in and check-out luggages were put together in the reception hall way! The standard/superior room was a bit on the small size or cosy otherwise it was clean and well provided e.g., dressing gown, slippers, toiletries including toothbrush. I chose the hotel because it was convenient to pick up the airport bus A21 outside of the hotel however it wasn't possible during the day so had to walk a few yards up to the next bus stop. It would be good for the travel agencies and hotel to state there is roadworks happening around the hotel. |

| Guest comments | The hotel is a very good location. Close to Nathan rd and MTR. Only downside was the size of the room. It's extremely small! we had a twin room, and hardly had any room to walk to the bathroom. |

| Guest comments | We always stay at the Kowloon when in Hong Kong. Friendly, helpful staff, superb cuisine and modern (if small) rooms are complimented by a perfect location. Near the Star Ferry and most major attractions, this hotel has the MTR subway immediately available as well. Perfect. |
