| Guest comments | Being upgraded on arrival was certainly a surprize, and well worth it. The room(s) were well appointed, and the decor and feeling about the place was great. The restaurant was overpriced, evidenced by the low number of clients (except for the special seafood night), and the meals over the bar were not that special. Everyting else about the hotel made our stay special. |

| Guest comments | We took about 30min walk in the extreme hot weather between town centre and the hotel. The walk is exhausted. Shuttle bus between town centre and hotel only operates 3 times a day. Transfers to/from airport require extra fees of AUD25- which is same as taking a taxi. Staff there are not nice enough. The room facilities are well equiped. Body lotion is very good, essential in this dry weather. |

| Guest comments | Lovely hotel, let down by poor incompetent staff. They forgot book airport transport which could have resulted in missed flight. Would also be handy if the breakfast times stated in the room packs reflected the actual opening and closing times of the restaurant. |
