| Guest comments | First impressions on entering the hotel are very good but on stepping out of the lift very different, the rooms area is old, carpets are old and thread bare need replacing and bathrooms could do with better lighting and a more modern look. Check out could be quicker (i used express as no account to pay)but others had a fair wait staff are very good and friendly but they need more on at busy times. |

| Guest comments | Situated in the heart of the old Gold Coast centre. This area now contains the seedier side of life and is no longer really suitable for families and children. The Broad Beach area is much fresher and more suitable for those visitors. We found that the airconditioning was not all it should be and blamed it for us feeling slightly unwell and "chesty" during our stay. |

| Guest comments | The staff were wonderful. They went out of their way to help us out. We left our wedding speach in the car and only notice an half an hour before we had to leave. They rushed over and got it for us before we left. It's a great hotel. Conceige and reception staff even asked us how our wedding went when we checked out. We will stay there again. |

| Guest comments | Really enjoyed the stay at Mantra Legend. Reception staff were helpful. The hotel was well priced, nice rooms and a great Buffet breakfast.
