Guest commentsStaff friendly and helpful, location terrific with trams and busses to everywhere outside the door, Tin Hau station is directly opposite the Hotel. Good breakfasts although a little expensive for Hong Kong...Yes I will stay there again.

Guest commentsThe hotel is well located opposite the MTR station. Travelling on the MTR is a must for all visitors to HK - cheap, efficient, clean, airconditioned, flexible. Unlike some previous guests' comments, I found the rooms to be well sized. There was plenty of room for three people to lounge around. The room/bathroom were pretty clean although there could have been a bit more storage space. Service at reception & the restaurant was good. Didn't really need to use the gym given the extensive walking we did in HK, but the pool was great, offering a super view over the city - however, due to it's relatively small size, it might have been a bit uncomfortable if more than a handful of guests were there at the same time. The bar seemed very nice with good service, however it was quite quiet, so we spent most of our time at livelier bars. We booked well in advance, which meant the price was very good.

Guest commentsVery comfortable hotel with entrance across road from the Metro station with buses and trams passing the door, so it was well placed for getting around Hong Kong Island. Only minor disadvantage is that from airport, by train you need to change at Central, the #11 bus stops a few blocks away which wasn't a good option in pouring rain. However, shuttle bus (dearest option) took us direct to the door. Staff were very helpful. Free internet for guests was useful.

Guest commentsGreat hotel. Excellent location - MTR and tram right outside making transport to most places of interest very accessible. I commend the housemaid in this hotel who after I had changed rooms found my wedding ring and engagement ring and brought it to me. I had forgotten completely that I had taken them off in the first room and she sought out which room I had changed to and brought them. to me. These had been my mother's so were of great sentimental value. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a stay in HK and I will definitely stay there again as I live in China and go to HK frequently for sanity breaks. Thanks L'hotel Causeway Bay

Guest commentsAttractive, modern hotel in an interesting area that is well served by public transport -- MTR station across the road and buses from the airport a few minutes walk away. Consistently friendly service.

Guest commentsAs a hotel it was fine - pleasant room with great views - helpful staff and good food. However, although it was very close to an MTR stop, it did feel a little remote from the main sights which, given the shortness of our stay, didn't help.

Guest commentsI have stayed at this hotel twice. The first time I was upgraded to a suite at no extra cost. The second time I arrived very late (after midnight) and my booking was handled very efficiently. The location of the hotel near the Hua Hin MTR station is very convenient and it's good value for money. My only gripe, the second time I stayed there, was that they kept nagging me to check out when the check out time approached.
