| Guest comments | Very good cuisine in the top hotel restaurant, called "Evoo". Also good value food in the Sunset restaurant. Very nice pool area, but I would prefer the water a bit cooller. Room well set up. Some concierge staff more helpful than others; but overall, a very good hotel to stay at. |

| Guest comments | Thought the hotel was good but the location was a bit of a trek on foot to the centre of Darwin. Also at the weekend it became rather noisy with it being part of a casino. Staff very helpful though. |

| Guest comments | Hotel is well-situated - close to Mindal market, beach (where you can't swim) and reasonable convenient by car to city centre. Large, attractive swimming pool. Restaurants good and inexpensive, especially breakfast which had an excellent variety of foods.
Room where we stayed was rather 'tired' and we were unable to access balcony or open locked door to allow fresh air into room - apparently standard procedure as soon as there is a hint of rain or extra humidity. Air-conditioning was cold (unable to adjust) and huge contrast to outside warmth. Once rooms are upgraded, it should be a great place to stay. |

| Guest comments | Hotel and amenities are great, however, service standard levels leave much to be desired. Staff are argumentative and unnecessarily defensive and do not appear to be trained to offer alternatives and use their own initiative; different options had to be suggested by myself. Problems are fobbed off as not being their area of responsibility and hotel guests are asked to contact obscure departments. Late check out was never given as an option; when checking out half an hour late we noticed an additional charge on our bill. This charge had not been brought to our attention in spite of constant harrassment to leave the room 2 hours prior to the official check out time. |

| Guest comments | Fantastic place to stay. Beautiful pool area. Kids could spent most of their time there. Good, reasonably priced buffet breakfast for guests. Can't wait to go back!! |

| Guest comments | Skycity made our stay in Darwin an experience we will cherish for a long time. The staff were efficient and friendly, the room was very well appointed and the pool and staff were excellent.
If I was going to suggest any improvement I would suggest more staff at the pool at lunch hour, those poor people were run off their feet, but did it with a smile.
I will certainly stay here again next time I am in Darwin. |

| Guest comments | Ate dinner at Evoo - food was fantastic and service impeccable. Rooms on the small side but newly furnished, clean and tidy and quiet. Staff were all polite and helpful. Buffets in Sunset Restaurant great value, and good coffee and cake in the Aqua Lounge. |
