| Guest comments | I was certainly impressed with the Medina. Everything worked, everything was clean, there was no strong chemical fragrant smells inside, staff were very helpful - but as always I find it difficult to sleep - any solutions? There was a bit of outside noise only coming through the windows/doors - people from other buildings being noisy - hard to stop that - unless the doors/windows were double glazed......or there was a noise suppressing machine........but there was no noise coming from inside the building - very good...enough of me |

| Guest comments | The staff were casual at best and didn't seem to understand the importance a customer focus.
I have never received a thank you card at any hotel booked through [website]. |

| Guest comments | The location is good (walking to ANU, CSIRO, and Civic where you have a lot of choices for restaurants). But the whole place is getting a bit old, with dirty carpets and small TVs.
It's a bit noisy in early morning from the main road in front of the building. |

| Guest comments | We were very satisfied with our stay in the hotel. For the price of a hotel room we got a two bedroom apartment (one with en-suite bathroom) and with all facilities (fully equipped kitchen, washing/drying machine). My only comment is regarding location. It is located on the corner of Northborne and Cooyong which are both busy roads and can be noisy at night, if you are a light sleeper or jet-lagged. That said the location itself is very good - on the main road in town and right on the Civic. |

| Guest comments | Excellent location between Canberra (shopping) Centre and Australia National University where our two children are studying. Also excellent view from the balcony of the apratmnet at 6th floor; In the distance are the mountains and the lovely warm sunshine into the sitting room in the morning. Housekeeping iservices were also fantatic; As the apartment we stayed was not directly facing the main road, traffic noise was literally unheard of. Rooms cleaned and dishes done when we came back in later in the afternoon. Even at times when I got the dishwasher loaded and running on the way out in the morning, all the items were neatly stacked in the cupboards when we returned. The washing machine and tumble dryer are brand new, and I made full use of the facilities everyday. Internet access was excellent and rates were reasonable. That kept the family connected with the family back home. It was a memorable stay at the Medina Executive James Court Apartment at Canberra. |
