| Guest comments | Excellent hotel. Very freindly staff. Location is great, close to all major amenities in the city. Facilities in the room were also excellent. Major building work and railway across from front of the Hotel but neither caused any inconvenience. Would definately stay there again. |

| Guest comments | Great location but with the amount of building work in the area the paths and roadways near the accomodation was very uneven and extra care needed to be taken.
However I would not hesitate to book again when I travel to Melbourne again. |

| Guest comments | Superb in every way. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment on the 12th floor. Great views excellent facilities in the apartment. The hotel has no restaurant which did not concern us as there are many within close proximity. We will definitely stay there again if the price is right again. There is building going on opposite the hotel in Flinders Street though we experienced no discomforts maybe because ours was on the Eastern side |

| Guest comments | Only issue with location was the building works going on directly opposite - were woken up at 6am on Saturday to the lovely sound of concrete saws. But once this is over then it is a great hotel in a good spot which I will stay at again. |

| Guest comments | This is a well run apartment hotel close to a tram stop as well as the main Southern Cross train station. The staff attended to any queries quickly and were generally very helpful. We would certainly stay again. The only negative comment would be the high price of internet access, which is now out of step with common practice. |
