| Guest comments | Upon arriving, my girlfriend struggled up the stairs with her bags whilst the doormen seemed disinterested. Upon checking in, (15 minutes after check in time no less) I was told we'd have to wait for another hour before checking in. It had taken us some 6 hours to commute from Siem Reap and they seemed disinterested in helping us. Management found a room for us on a non smoking floor which smelt like smoke. I found the staff relatively unfriendly and uninterested. Coming from Thailand and Cambodia, the hospitality was left wanting. I would like not stay at this hotel again. |

| Guest comments | Being located very close to major shops and skyrail station makes it a great place to base from. Service was good considering how busy the place was. Rooms exceptionally clean and well maintained. Facilities were very good, - had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Would stay there again for sure. |

| Guest comments | excellent hotel but be aware it is on a very very busy main road and the noise if you are located at the front of the hotel is horrendous 24 hours a day. make very sure you have a room at the back of the hotel - i am assuming they could not be as noisy |
