| Guest comments | The best is its location and the restaurant has fantastic views. The view from our room was a brick wall. The room wasn't that fantastic compared to other places we stayed in except that it had a large screen tv. Other down sides were $10 per day parking and a toaster in the room would have been handy.

| Guest comments | Heater didnt work in the hotel room, however the staff provided great service by sending along two portable heaters and an engineer to fix it. Unfortunately the problem still remained the next day with the room heaters not working. |

| Guest comments | Good location a short walk to town. Nice & clean hotel, charge for parking cars not disclosed beforehand though. We had a view of the driveway, but when you are in Queenstown, the views of your room shouldn't matter as you should be out enjoying every minute of the town! Would stay again |
