Guest comments	This was great value for money as we got a great internet special. The apartments are fantastic and there was a choice of two pools and tennis courts. Don't try and check in early though as they are very strict about this!! Won't even let you do the paperwork or check baggage in etc. Parking is very secure which was a great bonus and there is heaps of space.

Guest comments	Nice Apartments / Good Service . However very dissapointed to be told after arrival that I could not use my apartment to show my product samples as I have been able to in several other Perth Apartments. No information informing me of this policy was either on their website or in the room folder. Dissapointed with Managers attitude in regard to my position.

Guest comments	I found the location to be very central with the bus just right out the front. I had a 1 bedroom apartment and it was fantastic. My other friends had a 2 bedroom and it was just as great. The staff were very friendly and the assistance they gave to us was outstanding. Nothing was a problem to them, all we had to do was ask and the help and assistance was immediate. Ryan was outstanding behind the desk. I would highly recommend Mounts Bay Waters Apartments.

Guest comments	Ideally located for those who need to access PCEC, just a few minutes' walk away, Mounts Bay Waters Apartments was clean, reasonably well-appointed and comfortable. Service at the reception desk was a bit patchy. Although the breakfast and setting were great, service in the Courtside Restaurant at breakfast was sadly lacking, making the $12 continental breakfast an expensive option.

Guest comments	I highly recommend these apartments, not only did we as a family thoroughly enjoy our stay, the staff were more than happy to provide us with a 1st floor apartment as we have a 1 year old child. A great place for a family get away.

Guest comments	We stayed 5 nights at the MBW Apartment Perth and were extremely pleased with our choice. The apartment and its environment were generally clean, except for the balcony at the time of checking in (but it was later swept clean two days later without our request). The fact that it is close to King's Park and next to a Blue Cat bus stop is definitely a plus. It has all the amenities that one needs for comfortable living. The staff were helpful, friendly and accommodating. Tour information and maps were more than ample. Parking in the underground carpark was a breeze. The only complaint I have is that the TV channels are too limited and the BBC channel was not clear and jerky, otherwise, everything else worked just fine during our stay. I would certainly recommend MBW Apartments Perth to friends.

Guest comments	location was really good walking distance to city, easy access off freeway, all staff very helpful, shame that they dont have a heated pool . both appartments( 1 and 2 bedroom )were good size i enjoyed our stay there and will return. thank you
