superb location, although the beach cabanas are clean they need refurbishing especially the bathrooms.

The bungalows are in need of upgrading and are fairly basic, but well kept and clean. The location and facilities are very good as is the swimming pool. This resort is 3 star, but is very well priced. There are lots of good quality restuarants at Telega Harbour a 2 min taxi ride away (8 RM each way). The Beach Seashell Bar is a great place at night for a drink and listening to the live band.

Great location on Langkawi Island. The resort is within a nature reserve, and we saw spectacled langur monkeys (the cutest and friendliest I have ever seen in the wild), monitor lizards lazing in the sun in the gardens (both rainbow and ordinary ones) and beautiful birds. The private beach, Kok beach is lovely for a dip and there were no jellyfish when we went in.

Nice environment, rather separated from any local restaurants or shops. The restaurant's prices are rather expensive compared to average Malaysian food prices (though in line with other westerner-oriented restaurants). Nice and close to cable car.
