| Guest comments | This hotel is very central, being just off Queen Street, and almost opposite the Casino, but the downside of this location is that it is also very noisy due to the nightlife outside. |

| Guest comments | You get what you pay for. If you're going to be spending 90% of your time outside of the room, it's more than sufficient. No complaints about service, cleanliness, food or anything. Kitchenette was very small though.
Note that the first floor doesn't have wireless internet access (no matter what the brochure/website says). You can see the access points, but you won't be able to maintain a persistent connection. |

| Guest comments | The hotel was in a great location ,walking distance to shops, restuarants and some attractions. The only disappointment was that the room we stayed in was very noisey at night. We think it was because the windows not closing properly. Staff were friendly. |

| Guest comments | This place was very basic to say the least and clean ish but there was a distinct smell of urine in the bathroom. Facilities in the room were good however if your on a budjet you have a microwave, kettle and a fridge which can come in handy.
Good location very near the sky tower. |

| Guest comments | Restaurant is very poor, although the breakfast food was good. It's more like a small works' canteen! Some rooms are very good but the whole hotel needs to be refurbished and brought up-to-date. But it IS excellently situated and at a reasonable price - close to Sky Tower, shopping streets and Coach Station and in walking distance of the harbour area. On a busy main street but tour buses do pick-up there. Many small places to eat and a small store, stocking food, milk, drinks, etc. is next to the hotel. Hotel will store luggage while you are away on an extended tour FOC. Small internet room and links in rooms. Desk staff helpful. Would definitely stay there again |

| Guest comments | I stayed seven nights in this hotel recently. For a person on a business trip or at a conference or any purpose which required him or her to be out all day it would be better than adequate. I do not recommend the attached restaurant, except for its cheapness. there are plenty of restaurants nearby where one can get a good meal at an adequate price. On the other hand I survived, slept well, and kept clean--bathroom facilities were very good, and if I wanted to press my suit the ironing facilities were there. I would have expected CNN on the TV and all the local free to air channels, but there were only some local channels and German , Korean , and Chinese channels. |
