| Guest comments | We stayed 4 days in the Club Plaza Room after offered upgrade on arrival. Great value for money! Room recently renovated and good size. Handy to everything MRT and Nathan Road. Pool good but access too close to resturant etc for my liking. Will stay again, a good place. |

| Guest comments | This hotel is in a good position. There are bus stops just outside the front doors as well as the subway for the MTR. Its a 10-15 minute walk to star ferry too and not even 10 mins walk to nathan road. This is an ideal position and I would certainly recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. There is also a supermarket 2 floors up in the new world centre adjacent to the hotel as well. All staff were very helpful. Th food is good at the patio cafe too. Hope this small amount of information helps. |

| Guest comments | The MTR/KCR station is just at the hotel doorstep and getting around on the mtr and kcr easy. Also the its adjacent waterfront promenade location provide a good stroll to the star ferry ride and the harbour view. |

| Guest comments | In an excellent location for the Star Ferry, MTR and within 10 minute walking distance to Nathan Road. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised to get a free room upgrade and were allowed to stay in our room until 1800 which was great as we did not fly out until 23.30. Drinks were expensive in the hotel but that is the same the world over. |
