| Guest comments | The hotel was superb! It was very clean and the staff were exptionally helpful. I had origanlly booked a twin bed room and the staff gladly offered me the king-size bed option at no extra cost. I would definitley recommend the hotel to family and friends and would stay there again. |

| Guest comments | Modern clean hotel ideally situated for Darling Harbour/Chinatown. I was initially worried that it would be noisy because it was so close to the Entertainment Centre but we weren't disturbed at all. I would stay here again. |

| Guest comments | Watch out for late checkin at 12 noon if you are coming off a very long UK flight - you have to sit in Reception for hours. Breakfast is appalling - better value to eat it in the city somewhere.
The room was clean and passable. However, the room was on the road side facing the Chinese Garden and was extremely noisy - window glazing not up to traffic noise - so if you are a light sleeper ask for another room. All in all, ok. |
