| Guest comments | The view is great, but the hotel lobby, lift and hallway are kind of old and have apartment feel. It is nothing like a hotel. For that price, i would definitely choose a real hotel instead of this one. |

| Guest comments | The hotel was ok in terms of overall appearance, service and location (if you want to be close to Roma Street Station/Transit Centre and not too far from the CBD), however firstly the hotel had no record of my booking. They had to juggle another guest in order to accommodate me. Secondly, the CD player in the room didn't work, the light bulb in the right bedside table lamp didn't work, one of the D buttons on the foyer lift was put on upside down/backwards, but really, you get what you pay for and it wasn't too bad. |
