| Guest comments | Found the hotel was nice and close for walking to places, but were a little disappointed when for 10 nights we were put into a room next to the laundry which was noisy mainly from an air condit. and of course the machines going. We asked to be moved which we were but no apologies from them. Otherwise the room we had was clean and the service good. We were only there to sleep so for the price was good. |

| Guest comments | The Perth Ambassador was generally a clean and tidy hotel but very dated and needs updating to be kept up with the surrounding hotels and the growing infrastructure. The prices in Australia are generally higher than New Zealand so we did find it expensive for the quality and services. |

| Guest comments | Nice hotel, recently renovated, good facilities, clean modern rooms, check in n check out staffs are really friendly n efficient. this is our no 1 choiced hotel for our numerous business stays per year in Perth. Broadband internet abit slow when congested but cant complain, is free!! |

| Guest comments | Well located in CBD and only 10 min walk from Northbridge. Room was very spacious and luxurious.
