| Guest comments | When we visited the hotel the name was still Raffles The Plaza.
Shortly after we left the hotel was sold to an American Group who
called it Fairmont.The remarks we are formulating goes for the previuos owners of course.
We stayed only four nights on our way to Sydney but this hotel is outstanding in any regard. Nice rooms,food is excellent,atmosphere is very nice,service is realy friendly,location is great.If you have a stop-over in Singapore do not hesitate...it's realy a good choise!!!!

| Guest comments | Lovely staff, most helpful. Felt very comfortable being on my own. Excellent breakfast served by the pool on 8th floor. Location was perfect for walking around the city. Couldn't fault this hotel, especially for the price. I was upgraded without asking and a hospitality room available after check out until it was time to travel to the airport. |

| Guest comments | What a great place! The service was exceptional and we were spoilt by staff. Nothing was a bother. Provided an umbrella on a rainy day and stored luggage free. Ordered us a taxi and we avoided huge queue. Complementary comfort room given after checkout thereby allowing us to enjoy a full extra day without the worry of luggage. Also allowed us to freshen up before next long flight. Best breakfast buffet. Metro from airport stops under building saving taxi fare but taxi was only approx $S15.00 when we went back to airport. Close to good shopping centres in area. Hotel across road from the original Raffles - walked across and had a drink in the Long Bar. Loved it all. |

| Guest comments | Most of the services is very good, I loved the spa facilities including very professional massage treatment. But from a hotel in this category I would expect free wi-fi, and not expensive ethernet connection. Receptionists are pro but not very nice. |
