| Guest comments | Little things like not refilling the complimentary tea & coffee during the entire 4 days of my stay; having housekeeping knock on my door at 9am of the morning that I was checking out and appearing very put out that I was still in my room and would be for a bit longer were disappointing. Reception was not able to print a document from a thumb drive for me - virus risk was the reason given, however if I had emailed it, that would have been ok. Broadband internet access was very expensive by comparison |

| Guest comments | Location was great.Highly recommended to anyone wanting to be close to the convention centre or the casino, but bus stop, tram stop and train station all close by.
Easy walk to Rundle Mall for shopping - free tram back with all our shopping was great! Also easy to Gouger St for great variety of eating out.
Very happy - would stay again. |

| Guest comments | The only comment I would like to make was that when we arrived we did not have a very obliging receptionist, all the other staff were very good. All in all our stay was very comfortable but much better at the other Oaks Hotel on the latter end of our holiday Oaks Plaza Pier in Glenelg. |

| Guest comments | We were very impressed with the staff particularly behind the reception desk on our arrival. They were extremely helpful and even looked after our bags for us as we were too early to check in. The apartments held everything we required and are extremely comfortable. The only facility that did not live up to expectation was the breakfast in the dining room. There are not enough tables and chairs for the number of people requiring the service and the food kept running out. We would definitely stay here again though as it is very close to the shopping centre, tram is just over the road and the bus service is right outside the door. |
