| Guest comments | Very convenvient hotel as it was situated quite close to Sungei Wang, Lot 10 and Bintang Walk. Excellent facilities, with friendly and helpful staff. Would definately stay here again. Rate this as a 5* hotel. The Pulse Club and the lounge was convenient. |

| Guest comments | We had a wonderful stay. Stunning place. The hotel staff were extremely attentive and friendly. We have never expereinced so many staff members come and introduce themselves and inquire about our stay - including management. The location was brilliant in the middle of super shopping centres - and easy walking distance to everything. The breakfast and dinner smorgasboards are to die for!! Best breakfast selection we have ever seen - and we have seen a lot...even in 6 star hotel in Autsralia! |

| Guest comments | This hotel is located in a prime position in Kuala Lumpur.
The staff at the hotel are exceedingly friendly and bend over backwards to be very helpful.
The buffet dinner in the evening is very good and there being plenty of choice. So good in fact, we didn't bother to eat out in the evenings. (We stayed here for only 2 nights.) |

| Guest comments | After looking through many hotels we came across the Grand Millennium. Was worth it and we absolutely enjoyed our stay there. The service and facilities were excellent. The location is good and central and close access to all the main shopping and transport.

| Guest comments | The Grand Millenium is in prime location. The hotel is beautiful and the service exemplary. We were there for New Year and certainly cannot complain about the value for money. We would most certainly stay there again have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. |
