| Guest comments | I always stay at this hotel when I am in Adelaide, the service is second to one, the roms are well appointed and the facilities are fantastic. It took me a while until I found the right hotel that I call my regular in Adelaide.

| Guest comments | On a whole the hotel was fantastic. We were unlucky to receive a room with a leaking toilet... this did not help our stay as we needed to get ready to go out for a meeting as well as get all our things packed up to be moved to another room. the pillow choice is not the best either... only 1% of people would enjoy a rock as a pillow... Thanks anyway. |

| Guest comments | I accidently booked the wrong date, the team at Allegra dealt with the situation in a very professional manner. I think they have a great team there. The room was amazing and the location very central. Only negative feedback is that the pillows were a bit too hard for me and the room I had, facing Waymouth street got a lot of the noise from the pub in front., I'm sure you can ask for rooms on the other street as the hotel is on a corner. Overall I would definitely stay here again. |

| Guest comments | The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There was only one down side, which is not the hotel's fault. I had a room overlooking the ally and was woken at 2:30am by the garbage truck emptying the bottle bin. Around 4am I was woken again by a delivery truck that kept the engine idling for 20 minutes. |
